Having started construction of the village, the INCOM-Real Estate Corporation laid out its name in white stone on the coastal slope. Then there was a road leading to the village, internal highways paved with paving stones (a multi-layer road surface has an increased service life), a forged-welded perimeter fence and internal fences.

Kilometers of communications were laid underground, work began on the development of the shore and landscaping work on the territory. The project provides for the construction of a small multifunctional public center with a club-restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, bank branches and necessary consumer services.
